Ed Swena bronze Native American time sculpture creation titled 100 B.C. (Before Casinos)
The warrior and his war pony stand on the edge of their past. The feathers symbol of pride remain entwined in mane and hair. The memory of the great hunts lies beneath their gaze. Now they must work the land, putting up the fences of their own future. They cannot see that within another hundred years a new change will come, a new kind of harvest. Until then, they pause in time and in reflection.
