Looking Out – Looking In – I live in Italy for three months of the year and from my bedroom window every morning I see a scene depicted in this bas relief. The colors reflect the early morning sunrise on the street. For fun, I added a small head of Magritte, the artist who more than most understood about looking out of windows. This piece is for anyone who has loved being in Italy or dreams about being there one day.
