How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

With Sculpture and Sculptural Objects, it will vary from overnight, a couple of days to weeks depending on the item and where it is going and how fast you want the shipment to arrive. Please contact Sculpture Collector for both National and International and for more specific information.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Sculpture Collector ships internationally by most all of the popular carriers. Please contact us for any of your specific needs. We are here to assist both buyers and sellers with their shipping needs and requirements.

How do I place an Order?

Sculpture Collector or SculptureCollector.com does require a simple account to order with us. Your information is never shared or sold.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders for sculpture cannot be canceled or changed one they have been packaged and/or crated, or shipped.

How Do I Track My Order?

Sculpture Collector will assist with the tracking of your order and in most cases provide you the tracking number for your shipment. Various shipping methods require their own respective tracking. We are with you on your shipment from the beginning to the final destination.

How Can I Return a Product?

In most cases all sales of sculpture are final and is not returnable unless we have made an error or misrepresented a sculpture/item. Should there be damage associated with your shipment we will assist as best we can in that regard. Shipments are always shipped insured unless you have specifically waived insurance in writing to us at Sculpture Collector, LLC. We have always felt it is best to ship insured. Very rarely have we ever had any damage in shipment. It is still best to insure shipments of sculpture and sculptural art/objects.
