You reported this issue to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date

Our Buyer Assurance Policy

Buyer Assurance is intergral to our overall pledge to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue or there’s a discrepancy with your item, our assurance is to work with you to reach a resolution should there be any descrepancies with sculpture or sculptural art items purchased from us at Sculpture Collector, LLC


How does an item qualify for protection?

  • Sculpture, Sculptural items and other items* must be purchased through SculptureCollector.com and our secure checkout. They must portray or display significant discrepancy to the seller’s description, appear to be damaged in transit, or never have arrived. In addition, you must report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date.  * Some items are not eligible for Buyer Assurance Policy.

How do you report an issue?

  • If you receive your Sculptural piece that does not meet your expectations, contact us within the specified timeframe. Please make sure to include photos of the areas of concern and the item as a whole, so our experts can better evaluate the issue and reach a resolution in a timely manner.

What if the issue is reported after 7 days of delivery?

  • Please Contact Customer Support if you want to report an issue after the 7-day period. We ask that you be as prompt as possible, as the 7 days allows us to work with our sellers and shipping carriers to resolve claims quickly. Please understand, if it has been more than the alloted 7 days, we may no longer be able to assist you with the issue you have reported.
